Two separate charges, two separate systems
If you drive to Kopaonik you pay two things that have nothing to do with each other and are collected by different bodies:
- Parking — run by the JP Putevi Raška parking service, charged by the hour, day or week.
- National Park entry — a fee for motor vehicles, charged electronically against the registration plate.
A paid parking ticket does not cover the park fee, or the other way round.
Parking
There are ten car parks in the Kopaonik resort centre, with a combined capacity of roughly 765 spaces. For guests staying in the Konaci complex the closest is the car park of the same name, which is also one of the larger ones.

Prices
According to the operator's price list, for passenger cars:
| Ticket | Winter | Summer |
|---|---|---|
| One hour | 100 din | 100 din |
| Day | 700 din | 500 din |
| Week | 4,200 din | — |
For buses a day ticket is 1,300 and a weekly one 7,800 dinars. Enclosed car parks — “Konaci” among them — follow the same price list as the open ones.
How to pay
Payment is by SMS: 9464 for one hour, 9465 for a day ticket. Charging applies every day, 24 hours. Note that a day ticket covers the calendar day on which it was bought, not 24 hours from the moment of purchase — a ticket bought in the evening does not run until the following evening.
Check current rates and conditions with the operator, as prices change by season: puteviraska.rs/parking-servis, phone 036 738 095 or 0800 127 122.
The National Park entry fee
Kopaonik is a national park, so motor vehicles pay a separate entry fee. The system confuses first-time visitors because there is no barrier and you never stop — charging is electronic and tied to the vehicle's registration plate.
Everything is handled through the official portal naplatanpk.rs, where you can:
- enter a registration plate and check what is owed,
- pay in advance, before or during your stay,
- apply for an exemption or reduction and check the status of the request.
Payment is by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners). National Park contacts for questions about the fee: 036 5471 011 and 036 5471 229.
Tip: the charge stays tied to the plate and can be paid later, but the simplest thing is to check the portal before you set off home, so it does not slip your mind.
If you are staying in Konaci
The “Konaci” car park has 130 spaces and sits right by the konak entrances, Zvečan among them. In winter, with ski gear, that is the difference between a few steps and carrying equipment across the whole settlement. Spaces are not reserved in advance, so at peak times allow for the car park being full.
